While reserving or booking a travel product you are required to enter a Member-Name and a password. This information enables us to identify you. Because ONLY THE APPROVED MEMBERS could receive discounted Agency rates. Therefore, you should sign-up at the beginning or you will be asked to do so later.

It is a simple procedure. If you would like to register as a Member, you are required to provide us all the information on the application form. After you submit it to us, you will receive from us an approval message confirming that your account is active.

As soon as you apply for the membership, you could start to use your Member-Name and password. But you could receive agency discounts only after approval of your membership

We need these details of you and your company to create an account for you. It also guarantee your privacy, as you would be the only one, who could access to the details of services, booked by your company.

We neither ask the name nor any other personal information of your clients until the final stage, which is the payment. We track it with your Member-Name as a request. At the payment stage, we ask the details of your clients. We need this because we want you to have a personal travel profile for your client. With this profile we are then able to track their account information, travel records and booking references. It is our guarantee that your information is used to facilitate travel reservation services only.

Rates
This is a B2B Website for all members. The rates you will pay to us are NET Travel Agency Rates. Please remember if you login as a member, you will still see the published fares on the screens while surfing. As soon as a reservation is made, you will see your comission seperatly in the basket. At the payment stage, your comission will be deducted from the total and we will ask you to pay us the NET Amount. You don't need to wait another month for your check.. You will have it, as soon as your client pays to you.

This Total, that is being paid to us by you, DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY COMMISION more. Therefore, we could accept only your Company Credit Cards. We do NOT accept Customer Credit Cards.

Greater privacy protection
To ensure greater privacy protection and for the purpose of verification, we need you to enter your Member-Name and password every time you Log-in. Our servers are designed to intelligently identify each member during the entire process of data communication; this ensures that a user's information will not be accessible by any other user from another computer. Please remember to keep your member name and password safely for your own interest and in the event you lose them you may need to reregister.

Confidentiality of your personal information
We do not disclose, sell or share any of your personal information to any third party other than our suppliers which is for the sole purpose of the issuance of the travel ticket(s) and voucher(s). The disclosure to our suppliers is necessary in order to process and confirm the reservation for your esteemed clients.
